This series is mainly comprised of correspondence between the superintendent of the Chemawa Indian School and officials of other Office of Indian Affairs schools, agencies, and medical facilities. Also included is some correspondence between the Chemawa superintendent and other parties relating to those institutions. Topics include applications for admission to Chemawa, transportation of Indian students to and from Chemawa, health care for Chemawa students, and financial arrangements for support of Chemawa students.
